Good to know before you message us
How quickly do guests actually get their photos?
Under 60 seconds, straight to WhatsApp, or instantly from the QR share station. No app to download, no login, and nobody is waiting until next week to see themselves.
Do we have to take the rentals and games?
No. Every package works completely on its own. Neon, backdrops, games and effects are optional extras you choose because they make the content better, not because they're bundled in.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to four weeks for private events, four to eight weeks for weddings and corporate bookings. December, Valentine's and Easter fill up fastest, so lock your date early if you're planning around one of those.
Do you travel outside Nairobi?
Greater Nairobi is our standard coverage with no travel fee. Mombasa and Kisumu are covered regularly with travel quoted upfront, and we'll consider anywhere else in Kenya on request.
Can everything be branded to our guidelines?
Yes. From The Glow upward, custom overlays, a branded gallery and hashtag activation are already included, and we'll match your exact brand assets, fonts and colours.
How much space and power do you need?
Around 3m x 3m for the photo booth and 4m x 4m if you're adding the video station, plus one standard power outlet within 10 metres. Tell us your venue and we'll confirm before the day.
What happens if equipment fails on the night?
We arrive early and run full checks before doors open, and larger bookings carry backup gear on site. If anything still affects your coverage, you get a partial refund on the affected time.
Can PartyBox work alongside our own photographer?
Always. Your photographer owns the official story of the day. We own the guest moment and the instant sharing that happens around it. The two roles don't compete, and most planners run them side by side.
Can PartyBox work with our event planner?
Yes, and we prefer it. We work to your planner's run sheet, never across it, arrive early, and stay completely out of the programme. We also pay referral commission on bookings planners send our way.
Can you build us a custom package?
Tell us what the night needs to achieve and we'll mix elements from any tier into one clean number. This is common for conferences, activation series, festivals and multi-day programmes, and volume discounts are available.
Do you handle corporate activations and brand campaigns?
Yes. For brands we add custom campaign overlays, branded galleries, hashtag activation and a post-event participation report, so the budget comes back with a number attached, not just a feeling.
